Directly on Broadway, apartments at The Place are great if you wish to frequent the Broadway scene or live closer to busy city life.
Features: pet-friendly, covered parking, in-unit washers and dryers, fitness center, yoga studio, sauna, dog wash, swimming pool, outdoor lounge
(Now, this complex will probably be for when you’ve “made it” — that is, when you have enough money to pay for rent + necessities…!)

20 minutes away from Broadway/Downtown, the Apex Marathon Village is near many restaurants, shops, and anything else you’ll need (and two streets away from Fisk University!).
Features: in unit washer and dryer, balcony, courtyard, swimming pool, fitness center, pet washing station, bicycle storage, parking garage, allows 2 cats or dogs per unit
Restrictions: cats and dogs can only be up to 75 pounds — $50 monthly pet fee
(These prices might be reasonable with a roommate. Maybe…. or maybe we keep this one for when we’ve gotten that new promotion.)
2025 Jefferson St, Nashville, TN 37208

50 minutes from Broadway/Downtown, The Jeffersonian is by Germantown, The Farmer’s Market, and restaurants and cafes are nearby.
Features: air conditioning, water, trash, and pest control utilities, shared laundry, free outside parking, and allows small cats or dogs
Restrictions: small cats and dogs can only be up to 40 pounds — $20 monthly pet fee, gross income per month must be 3x rent
(Now, this may be more reasonable…and these apartments are completely updated on the inside!)
